About Me

Much of my working life has been spent in London and Suffolk fundraising and project managing, mainly in the charitable and education sector. I discovered five element acupuncture quite by chance – volunteering to be a patient for a friend, who herself, was studying acupuncture in London.

At that stage in my life I hadn’t realised quite how unfulfilled, if not slightly battle worn, I had become by working in an increasingly pressured job. So captivated was I by this brave new world that I decided almost immediately to enrol on a three year course which was to change my life.

In 2007 I qualified as a Five Element Acupuncturist and am a member of the British Acupuncture Council. I also qualified as a NADA practioner (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association), and have worked at NORCAS in Norwich running group sessions, supporting those who face problems with alcohol and drug addiction.

I have also trained at The College of Traditional Acupuncture in Warwickshire using facial acupuncture techniques and more recently have visited China and Japan to undertake further postgraduate training.

Currently I operate a clinic at:

89 Bedingfield Crescent
IP19 8ED

For those unable to travel to the clinic for medical reasons I also provide a home visit service.

I will be happy to consult with you, initially over the telephone, to establish if I can be of assistance.

“I can feel the needles working their magic during the treatment. I can sense energies balancing and regulating in my body. The effect is a feeling of deep relaxation, equanimity and an overall sense of wellbeing. My symptoms and insomnia have abated. Caroline is empathic, attuned and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her”
