About Me
At that stage in my life I hadn’t realised quite how unfulfilled, if not slightly battle worn, I had become by working in an increasingly pressured job. So captivated was I by this brave new world that I decided almost immediately to enrol on a three year course which was to change my life.
In 2007 I qualified as a Five Element Acupuncturist and am a member of the British Acupuncture Council. I also qualified as a NADA practitioner (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association), and have worked at NORCAS in Norwich running group sessions, supporting those who face problems with alcohol and drug addiction.
I have also trained at The College of Traditional Acupuncture in Warwickshire using facial acupuncture techniques and more recently have visited China and Japan to undertake further postgraduate training including contactless needling and Gua sha techniques.
Currently I operate a clinic at:
89 Bedingfield Crescent
Halesworth
Suffolk
IP19 8ED
For those unable to travel to the clinic for medical reasons I also provide a home visit service.
I will be happy to consult with you, initially over the telephone, to establish if I can be of assistance and whether acupuncture might be a therapy you’d like to try.

“I can feel the needles working their magic during the treatment. I can sense energies balancing and regulating in my body. The effect is a feeling of deep relaxation, equanimity and an overall sense of wellbeing. My symptoms and insomnia have abated. Caroline is empathic, attuned and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her” S.H.
